Common use of Warranties Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Warranties Indemnification. The School District makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, in connection with its provision, of access to and use of its computer networks and the Internet provided under this Policy. It shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages or costs (including attorney's fees) of any kind suffered, directly or indirectly, by any user or his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) arising out of the user's use of its computer networks or the Internet under this Policy. By signing this Policy, users are taking full responsibility for his/her use, and the user who is eighteen (18) or older or, in the case of a user under eighteen (18), the parent(s) or guardian(s) are agreeing to indemnify and hold the School, the School District, the Data Acquisition Site that provides the computer and Internet access opportunity to the School District and all of their administration, teachers, and staff harmless from any and all loss, costs, claims or, damages resulting from the user's access to its computer network and the Internet, including but not limited to any fees or charges incurred through purchases of goods or services by the user. The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the School in the event of the School's initiating an investigation of a user's use of his/her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School computer or on another computer outside the School District's network.

By signing this PolicyPolicy and Agreement, users are taking full responsibility for his/his or her use, and the user who is eighteen (18) 18 or older or, in the case of a user under eighteen (18), the parent(s) or guardian(s) are agreeing to indemnify and hold the School, the School DistrictMonroeville Local Schools, the Data Acquisition Site Northern Ohio Educational Computer Association that provides the computer and Internet access opportunity to the School District Monroeville Local Schools and all of their administrationadministrators, teachers, teachers and staff harmless from any and all loss, costs, claims or, for damages resulting from the user's access to its computer network and the Internet, including but not limited to any fees or charges incurred through purchases of goods or services by the user. The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the School in the event of the School's initiating an investigation of a user's use of his/his or her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School computer or on another computer another's outside the School District's network.

By signing this Policy, users are taking full responsibility for his/her their use, and the user who is eighteen (18) 18 or older or, in the case of a user under eighteen (18), the parent(s) or guardian(s) are agreeing to indemnify and hold the School, the Fairview Park City School District, the school, and the Data Acquisition Site that provides the computer and Internet access opportunity to the School District school district and all of their administrationBoard members, administrators, teachers, and staff harmless from any and all loss, costs, claims or, or damages resulting from the user's ’s access to its computer network and the Internet, including but not limited to any fees or charges incurred through purchases of goods or services by the user. The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's ’s parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the School school in the event of the School's initiating school initiates an investigation of a the user's ’s use of his/his or her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School school computer or on another computer outside the School District's school district’s network.

It shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages or costs (including attorney's ’s fees) of any kind suffered, directly or indirectly, by any user or his/his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) arising out of the user's ’s use of its computer networks or the Internet under this PolicyAgreement. By signing this PolicyAgreement, users are taking full responsibility for his/his or her use, and the user who is eighteen (18) 18 or older older, or, in the case of a user under eighteen (18), the parent(s) or guardian(s) are agreeing to indemnify and hold the Crestview Local School, the Crestview Local School District, the Data Acquisition Site Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative that provides the computer and Internet access opportunity to the School District Crestview Local Schools and all of their administrationadministrators, teachers, and staff harmless from any and all loss, costs, claims or, or damages resulting from the user's ’s access to its computer network and the Internet, including but not limited to any fees or charges incurred through purchases of goods or services by the user. The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's ’s parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the Crestview Local School in the event of the Crestview Local School's ’s initiating an investigation of a user's ’s use of his/his or her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School computer or on an another computer outside the Crestview Local School District's ’s network.

It shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages or costs (including attorney's attorney fees) of any kind sufferedkind, suffered directly or indirectly, by any user or his/his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) arising out of the user's use of its computer networks or the Internet under this Policy. By signing SIGNING? this Policy, users are taking full responsibility for his/her their use, and the user who is eighteen (18) 18 or older or, in the case of a user under eighteen (18), the parent(s) or guardian(s) are agreeing to indemnify and hold the School, the Cuyahoga Falls City School District, the Data Acquisition Site school, and the Information Technology Center that provides the computer and Internet access opportunity to the School District school district and all of their administrationBoard members, administrators, teachers, and staff harmless from any and all loss, costs, claims or, or damages resulting from the user's access to its computer network and the Internet, including but not limited to any fees or charges incurred through purchases of goods or services by the user. The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the School school in the event of the School's initiating school initiates an investigation of a the user's use of his/his or her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School school computer or on another computer outside the School Districtschool district's network.

The user or, if the user is a minor, the user's ’s parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to cooperate with the School in the event of the School's ’s initiating an investigation of a user's ’s use of his/his or her access to its computer network and the Internet, whether that use is on a School computer or on another computer another’s outside the School District's ’s network. Updates Users, and if appropriate, the user’s parents/guardians, may be asked from time-to-time to provide new or additional registration and account information. If after you have provided your account information, some or all of the information changes, you must notify the person designated by the School to receive such information.
