Warranties to be independent. Each of the Warranties shall be construed as a separate and independent warranty and, save where expressly provided to the contrary, shall not be limited or restricted by reference to or inference from the terms of this Agreement or any other Warranty.
Warranties to be independent. Each Warranty is to be construed independently and (subject to Clause 6.1.2 and any other exceptions provided for under this Agreement) is not limited by any provision of this Agreement or another Warranty. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained in Clause 6.1.2 reverses the Warrantors’ burden of proving that they are entitled to rely on the qualifications set out therein.
