Warranties to Consumers. WNI, as manufacturer of the Retail Units, is solely responsible for any liabilities arising as a result of any claims from purchasers of the Retail Units arising out of breach of warranty, negligence, products liability or any other cause of action whether in tort or in contract. WNI will fully indemnify CBS from any such claims.
