As part of this Agreement, Supplier shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and shall provide CVS with a Certificate of Insurance which shall outline Supplier’s Commercial General Liability coverage including Public and Products Liability on an Occurrence form written on ISO Occurrence form CG 00 01 12 07 or equivalent, with a limit of not less than US$5,000,000 each occurrence, US$5,000,000 General Aggregate and US$5,000,000 Products Completed Operations Aggregate.
Developer shall ensure that Products Liability and Completed Operations coverage, Fire Damage Liability coverage, and Automobile Liability coverage including owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles, are included within the above policies and at the required limits, or Developer shall procure and maintain these coverages separately.
Supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including, at a minimum, Workers Compensation and Employers Liability in statutory compliance with the Compensation Law of the state; General & Products Liability Insurance, indicating on the Certificate of Insurance the following coverages: Premises - Operations, Products & Completed Operations, Broad Form Contractual Liability, and Independent Contractor and Sub-Contractors.
