Warrants and Attachments. Any warrant, attachment, execution or other writ shall be issued or levied upon the Real Estate or the Secured Assets or any property, real or personal, owned by Borrower shall remain undischarged, unstayed or unbonded for a period in excess of ninety (90) days.
