The Tenant warrants that before the signature of this Tenancy Agreement he has disclosed to the Landlord in writing any conviction, judgement or finding of any court or tribunal relating to the Tenant of such a nature as to be likely to affect the decision of any insure or underwriter to grant or continue insurance of any risk against which the Property is insured.
