Warranty Extension. JOC shall, without any additional charge to City, restore Work damaged in fulfilling the terms and conditions of this ARTICLE XI. JOC’s warranty, with respect to all Work repaired or replaced, shall run for one (1) year from the date of JOC’s repair or replacement of Work.
