Warranty for Facilities Study Sample Clauses
The "Warranty for Facilities Study" clause establishes a guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of a facilities study conducted as part of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause requires the party responsible for the study—such as an engineering firm or contractor—to stand behind their findings and analyses, ensuring that the study meets specified standards or requirements. For example, if the study assesses the capacity or safety of a facility, the warranty obligates the provider to correct any errors or deficiencies discovered after delivery. The core function of this clause is to allocate risk and provide assurance to the recipient that the facilities study can be relied upon for decision-making, thereby reducing the likelihood of disputes or costly mistakes arising from faulty assessments.
