Warranty/Guarantee. 14.1.1. The Developer shall obtain and preserve for the benefit of the District, manufacturer’s warranties on materials, fixtures, and equipment incorporated into the Work. 14.1.2. In addition to guarantees required elsewhere, Developer shall, and hereby does guarantee and warrant all Work furnished on the job against all defects for a period of ONE (1) year after the later of the following dates:
