Common use of Warranty Not Applicable Clause in Contracts

Warranty Not Applicable. The above limited warranty will not apply to: (i) any defects caused by the combination, operation, or use of the Software with software, hardware, or other materials not provided by Perforce; (ii) the Software being modified by any party other than Perforce; and (iii) any use of the Software that does not conform to Perforce’s requirements as set forth in the documentation.
