Common use of WARRANTY OF COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY OF COMPLIANCE. 3.1 In terms of this agreement the Mandatary warrants that he / she agrees to the arrangements and procedures as prescribed by the Client and as provided for in terms of Section 37(2) of the OHS Act for the purposes of compliance with the Act. 3.2 The Mandatary further warrants that he / she and / or his / her employees undertake to maintain such compliance with the OHS Act. Without derogating from the generality of the above, or from the provisions of the said agreement, the Mandatary shall ensure that the clauses as hereunder described are at all times adhered to by himself / herself and his / her employees. 3.3 The Mandatary hereby undertakes to ensure that the health and safety of any other person on the premises is not endangered by the conduct of his / her activities and that of his / her employees.
