Common use of Warranty of Performance Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Performance. Contractor warrants that it will perform all Work in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict conformity with the specifications and requirements of this MSA or the applicable Work Order, in accordance with generally accepted professional standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, Such warranty of performance shall extend for twelve (12) months from the date such Work was performed.
