Common use of Warranty of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Warranty of the Goods. 8.1 The Supplier hereby guarantees the Goods for the Warranty Period as set out in Schedule 1 against faulty Goods and workmanship and any errors, omissions or willful misconduct during installation of the Goods or Services. 8.2 If the Government shall within the Warranty Period give notice in writing to the Supplier of any defect in any of the Goods as may have arisen during such Warranty Period under proper and normal use, the Supplier shall (without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Government howsoever arising) promptly remedy such faults or defects (whether by repair or replacement as the Government shall elect) at its own Expense.
