Warrantyof Authority. If Landlord or Tenant signs as a corporation, limited liability company or a partnership, each of the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Landlord or Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that each is a duly authorized and existing entity, that each has and is qualified to do business in California, that the persons signing on behalf of Landlord or Tenant have full right and authority to enter into this Lease, and that each and every person signing on behalf of either Landlord or Tenant are authorized to do so.
Warrantyof Authority. 25.10.1 The Recipientrepresentsandwarrantsthatitsrepresentativeswhosignthis Agreement on behalf of the Recipient have the authority to do so, and agrees to provide the Minister with such evidence of that authorizationastheMinistermayreasonablyrequireuponrequest.
