Common use of WASTE AND REFUSE REMOVAL Clause in Contracts

WASTE AND REFUSE REMOVAL. Tenant covenants that it will use, maintain and occupy said demised premises in a careful, safe, lawful and proper manner and will not commit waste therein. Landlord or its agent shall have access at all reasonable times to the demised premises for purposes of inspecting and examining the condition and maintenance of the demised premises. Tenant agrees to remove all refuse from the demised premises in a timely, clean and sanitary manner. Tenant shall provide a refuse collection container at the rear of the demised premises to accommodate Tenant's refuse and Tenant shall routinely clean up around trash containers. Tenant shall contract with a licensed and insured refuse collection contractor to timely remove refuse therefrom and the location of the container shall be approved by Landlord.

Tenant Sublessee agrees to remove all refuse from the demised premises in a timely, clean and sanitary manner. Tenant Sublessee shall provide a refuse collection container at the rear of the demised premises to accommodate Tenant's Sublessee’s refuse and Tenant Sublessee shall routinely clean up around trash containers. Tenant Sublessee shall contract with a licensed and licensed/insured refuse collection contractor to timely remove refuse therefrom and the location of the container shall be approved by LandlordSublessor.
