Waste and Refuse. Occupant agrees not to allow conditions of waste and refuse to exist in the storage space, to keep the storage space in a safe, neat, clean, and orderly condition and to be responsible for all damages caused to the storage space or any of Self- service Storage Facility’s property by Occupant, its agents, or any third party.
