Common use of Waste disposal and Environmental Safeguards Clause in Contracts

Waste disposal and Environmental Safeguards. i) The Builder shall ensure that all of its sub-contractors shall at all times minimize the total quantity of wastes arising in the performance of this Contract. ii) The Builder shall, both during and after performance of its obligations under this Contract, observe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations controlling the production, carrying, keeping, treating and/or disposal of wastes.
