Waste; Nuisance. Lessee shall not use the Premises in any manner that will constitute waste or nuisance (including, without limitation, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises, or the emission of noxious odors from the Premises) or interference with use or access of other tenants in the Building or of owners or occupants of adjacent properties. In the event any use of the Premises by Lessee attracts the attention of the public and the public enters or attempts to enter the Premises, the Building or the grounds surrounding the Building in a manner that would, if done by Lessee or any of Lessee's invitees, violate the provisions of Paragraph 6.E below, Lessee shall take all reasonable steps to xxxxx such activities which shall be deemed to be a nuisance and Lessor shall allow Lessee a reasonable time to address such issues and take corrective measures.
