Waste; Quiet Enjoyment. Lessee shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste upon the Leased Premises. Lessor covenants and agrees that Lessee shall peacefully hold and enjoy the Leased Premises during the Term hereof, without interference or hindrance from Lessor or any Person or Persons holding or claiming under Lessor in any manner whatsoever. Lessor shall not exercise its power of eminent domain in any manner that would interfere with Xxxxxx’s operation of the Leased Premises.
