Common use of Wastewater/Storm Water Certification Pay Clause in Contracts

Wastewater/Storm Water Certification Pay. Employees who work in Wastewater or Storm Water and possess a certification from the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) at the level established as the minimum qualification for their classification, will receive 2.5% of their base salary in certification pay. Employees in Wastewater and Storm Water who exceed the level of certification established as the minimum qualification will be eligible to receive an additional 4.5% of their base pay for a total certification pay amount of up to 7.0% for designated certifications.

Employees in Wastewater Waste Water and Storm Water who exceed the level of certification established as the minimum qualification will be eligible to receive an additional 4.51.5% of their base pay for a total certification pay amount of up to 7.02.5% for designated certifications.
