Common use of Water Charges and Fees Clause in Contracts

Water Charges and Fees. Notwithstanding this Agreement, Conserving Party shall be responsible for the timely payment of all its accounts payable to IID subject to IID’s Rules and Regulations Governing the Distribution and Use of Water, which may be amended from time to time, including Regulation No. 11. If any such accounts become delinquent, IID may withhold payments under this Agreement until such time that Conserving Party becomes current on such accounts.
