Common use of Water Damage Clause in Contracts

Water Damage. The following paragraphs are added: This exclusion does not apply to property de- scribed in Coverage C that is away from a prem- ises or location owned, rented, occupied or con- trolled by an "insured". This exclusion applies to property described in Coverage C that is on a premises or location owned, rented, occupied or controlled by an "in- sured" even if weather conditions contribute in any way to produce the loss.
