PERILS INSURED AGAINST. We insure for direct physical loss to the property described in Coverages A and C caused by a peril listed below unless the loss is excluded in SECTION I – EXCLUSIONS.
PERILS INSURED AGAINST. We insure against risk of direct physical loss to prop- erty described in Coverages A, B and C. We do not insure, however, for loss:
A. Under Coverages A, B and C:
1. Excluded under Section I – Exclusions;
2. Caused by:
a. Freezing of a plumbing, heating, air condi- tioning or automatic fire protective sprinkler system or of a household appliance, or by discharge, leakage or overflow from within the system or appliance caused by freez- ing. This provision does not apply if you have used reasonable care to:
(1) Maintain heat in the building; or
(2) Shut off the water supply and drain all systems and appliances of water.
b. Freezing, thawing, pressure or weight of water or ice, whether driven by wind or not, to a:
(1) Fence, pavement, patio or swimming pool;
(2) Footing, foundation, bulkhead, wall, or any other structure or device, that sup- ports all or part of a building or other structure;
(3) Retaining wall or bulkhead that does not support all or part of a building or other structure; or
(4) Pier, wharf or dock;
c. Theft in or to a dwelling under construction, or of materials and supplies for use in the construction until the dwelling is finished and occupied;
d. Mold, fungus or wet rot. However, we do insure for loss caused by mold, fungus or wet rot that is hidden within the walls or ceilings or beneath the floors or above the ceilings of a structure if such loss results from the accidental discharge or overflow of water or steam from within:
(1) A plumbing, heating, air conditioning or automatic fire protective sprinkler sys- tem, or a household appliance, on the "residence premises"; or
(2) A storm drain, or water, steam or sewer pipes, off the "residence premises".
e. Any of the following:
(1) Wear and tear, marring, deterioration;
(2) Mechanical breakdown, latent defect, inherent vice, or any quality in property that causes it to damage or destroy it- self;
(3) Smog, rust or other corrosion, or dry rot;
(4) Smoke from agricultural smudging or industrial operations;
(5) Discharge, dispersal, seepage, migra- tion, release or escape of pollutants un- less the discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release or escape is itself caused by a Peril Insured Against in a. through o. as listed in E.10. Landlord's Furnishings under Section I – Property Coverages. Pollutants means any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contami- nant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. PERILS INSURED AGAINST. Unless the loss is excluded in the General Exclu- sions, we insure for direct physical loss to the prop- erty covered caused by:

PERILS INSURED AGAINST. We will provide coverage for all accidental direct physical loss or damage to your insured property, except as specifically excluded in this policy.
PERILS INSURED AGAINST. We will pay for necessary and reasonable medical, ambulance, hospital, professional nursing and funeral costs which become necessary due to bodily injury. This coverage is provided only for persons injured while in, upon, boarding, or leaving your insured vessel, or being towed as a water skier. We will pay for only those costs incurred within one year of the date of accident.
PERILS INSURED AGAINST. COVERAGE A - DWELLING and COVERAGE B - OTHER STRUCTURES
1. Sinkhole meaning a landform created by subsidence of soil, sediment, or rock as underlying strata are dissolved by groundwater. A sinkhole may form by collapse into subterranean voids created by dissolution of limestone or dolostone or by subsidence as these strata are dissolved. We will pay for:
a. Costs incurred by you to repair covered physical damage to covered structures; and
PERILS INSURED AGAINST. Catastrophic Ground Cover Collapse
PERILS INSURED AGAINST. We will pay sums which you or a covered person become legally obligated to pay as a result of the ownership,
a. loss or damage to any property;
b. attempted or actual raising, removal or destruction of the wreck, or of failure to raise or remove the wreck of your insured property, but the most we will pay per policy period is the Part D: Property Damage Coverage limit shown on the Declarations Page;
