Water Distribution Operators. Premium: An operator who holds a valid Level IV Environmental Certificate in one Environmental Discipline will be paid a premium, as per the schedule below, for each additional certification obtained and maintained in another Environmental Discipline to a maximum of twenty-four dollars ($24.00) per hour. The premium is paid in addition to the operator’s applicable pay rate on regular hours only.
