Water Pressure. The Cooperative shall deliver Project Water to each Project Participant’s Point of Connection at a minimum pressure of 30 PSI. This Section 11.4 shall not apply to Water Offsets used by a Project Participant.
Water Pressure. SW will supply water to Supply Points under this Agreement at a minimum pressure of 1bar. If the Licensee suspects that the water supply is below this pressure, it must contact SW who will investigate the complaint and report the findings to the Licensee within three Business Days. If SW fails to do this, SW will pay £20 to the Licensee. If, following the investigation, SW determines: that the water supply to the Supply Points is less than 1bar of pressure measured on the Customer’s side of the boundary stopcock/stop valve; and that the low pressure is caused by SW’s supply system, SW will pay the Licensee £20. Payments made under this Service Standard will be restricted to one per affected Supply Point within any 6-Month period. The Licensee will not be entitled to claim against this Service Standard where the Supply Point concerned is: above the level of water leaving SW’s storage tank; or between the level of water leaving SW’s storage tank and a level of 10.5 metres below the tank.
Water Pressure. We will use our reasonable endeavours to supply Water to your property at a Minimum Pressure at the Connection Point.

Water Pressure. 19.1. Water Wholesalers are responsible for providing and maintaining a constant supply of water at a consistent and suitable pressure. Some events will inevitably interrupt the flow or affect your water pressure, for example, bursts in water mains, pump failures or power cuts can impact on supplies. Water Pressure. County shall furnish water at operating pressures as required by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Resources at the Point(s) of Delivery. If Town requires a greater pressure than that which meets the regulatory requirements, then Town shall bear the cost of providing such greater pressure. Emergency failures of pressure or supply due to line breaks, power failure, flood, fire and use of water to fight fire, earthquake, hurricane, unavailability or contamination of raw water, or other catastrophe shall excuse County from this provision for such reasonable period of time as may be necessary to effectuate repairs and restore service.

Water Pressure. Arlington agrees to furnish and sell to Grand Prairie Treated Water delivered under the operating pressure prevailing in the Arlington Treated Water System at the Delivery Point that is mutually agreed upon, until Grand Prairie’s Maximum Day Usage exceeds two and a half (2.5) million gallons per day (MGD) for two (2) consecutive days. Herewith, Grand Prairie shall commence construction of the necessary facilities required to provide, at such minimum pressure, Treated Water purchased from Arlington to its distribution system as may be required or allowed by applicable law or state or federal regulation and complete the required construction within 18 months of exceeding two and a half (2.5) MGD for two (2) consecutive days. Arlington shall notify Grand Prairie within 30 days of Grand Prairie exceeding two and a half (2.5) MGD for two (2) consecutive days. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or in the requirements of any regulatory agency to the contrary, Arlington does not represent or guarantee to Grand Prairie that Treated Water provided to Grand Prairie under this Agreement will be provided at any specific minimum pressure at the Delivery Point, and Arlington is under no obligation with respect thereto. Grand Prairie understands and acknowledges that maintaining a certain water pressure in Grand Prairie’s delivery system will require the use of storage or pumps on Grand Prairie’s system.
Water Pressure. The Product has been used in conditions where the water pressure is regularly below, or above, the tested range for the Product. The water pressure can be ascertained by contacting the relevant Water Supplier, or testing by a qualified plumber;
