Common use of Water Rights Clause in Contracts

Water Rights. The Grantee acknowledges that its eligibility for this Grant award is conditioned on its compliance with Water Code section 5103(e), if applicable. The Grantee further certifies that it <SELECT ONE, BASED ON GRANTEE’S SELF-CERTIFICATION, is not required to file a Statement of Diversion and Use pursuant to Water Code section 5101; or, has filed and will continue to file its required Statements of Diversion with State Water Board in accordance with Water Code sections 5101 and 5103>.
