Water Supply System. Water Supply and its Charges
a) Necessary Water infrastructure system to bring the water at Solar Park shall be arranged by GPCL.
b) GPCL will arrange and provide the necessary water supply for operations and maintenance of the Solar Power Plant from the SCOD.
c) GPCL has entered into contract with DSIRA/DICDL to off-take necessary water. Supply ot water shall be governed as per the contract between GPCL and DICDL
d) Initially the water charges shall be paid / or to be paid by GPCL
e) Such payment would be charged SPD along with administrative charges on pro- rata basis either MW or water quantity declared by SPD or water used as the case may be.

SPD has to obtain necessary approvals/permissions from local authorities to dig bore ▇▇▇▇▇ or to get water from nearest reservoir by tankers and GPCL will extend necessary support in obtaining such approvals/permissions, if required.

Contractor shall submit such list/schedule to Contract Administrator within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award date for review and approval. The scheduled preventive maintenance shall be performed in a timely manner and with minimum disruption to the operation of any components of the system. Prior to proceeding with the scheduled maintenance, Contractor shall submit a written proposal and obtain a preauthorization or a “Notice to Proceed” from Contract Administrator as described in Section IV Contractor Requirements.
Water Supply System a) Quarterly Maintenance Service Lubrication of motors for water pumps shall be completed per manufacturer’s recommendation. A maintenance log shall be kept, which includes contractor maintenance personnel name, date, and maintenance procedures used. Copies shall be provided to Contract Administrator.

1.4 The service provider shall keep the meter ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and meters safely and without tampering. If the service provider notices any malfunctioning of the meters, it shall intimate to the official concerned in CSEZA and nominated agency forthwith.
1.5 The officials of CSEZA and its nominated agency shall have the right to inspect the meters at all times. The opinion of the CSEZA and its nominated agency as to whether a meter is functioning properly or not will be binding on the service provider and the service provider shall get the meter rectified/replaced at their own cost forthwith, and at any rate not later than 24 hours of receiving such intimation. If the service provider fails to get a meter, notified as faulty by CSEZA and its nominated agency, rectified or replaced within 24 hours on its own, CSEZA shall have the right to replace the same and recover the cost from the service provider.
1.6 The service provider shall not be entitled for drawal of water without a functioning meter. If however, there is a delay in notifying the defect or the service provider continues to draw water even when its meter is not functioning properly, the service provider shall be billed based on its average consumption of previous three months increased by 10% or the peak consumption in any of these months, whichever is higher until a proper meter is installed or until disconnection is effected, whichever is later.
1.7 Water supplied from the Water Treatment Plant shall be used for drinking and processing purposes only. Treated water supplied from the Common Effluent Treatment Plant though a separate supply network shall be used for non-drinking requirements such as toilet flushing system, gardening etc. The service provider shall use the CETP treated water for processing purposes to the maximum extent possible.

The CGF will use an air cooled condenser for cooling of the power generation cycle and to promote water conservation through the reduction of water needs by at least 90% as compared to an evaporative water cooled system. Chehalis municipal supply water will be used for process make-up and potable water needs. The municipal supply water will be obtained from the City of Chehalis pursuant to the City’s existing water rights and will be supplied through the City's municipal water supply system. The Certificate Holder shall notify the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) and the Critical Issues Council (CIC) of the anticipated location and routing for any municipal water line(s) intended to actually serve the CGF, after the City of Chehalis has established such location and routing and provided the Certificate Holder with notice of its determination. Upon the completion of the preliminary design (including sizing) for each of such municipal water line(s), the Certificate Holder will provide WDFW and the CIC with copies of such preliminary design information.
