Water Supply System. Water Supply and its Charges a) Necessary Water infrastructure system to bring the water at Solar Park shall be arranged by GPCL. b) GPCL will arrange and provide the necessary water supply for operations and maintenance of the Solar Power Plant from the SCOD. c) GPCL has entered into contract with DSIRA/DICDL to off-take necessary water. Supply ot water shall be governed as per the contract between GPCL and DICDL d) Initially the water charges shall be paid / or to be paid by GPCL e) Such payment would be charged SPD along with administrative charges on pro- rata basis either MW or water quantity declared by SPD or water used as the case may be. f) Water supply charges are over and above ( exclusive) O & M Charges levided by GPCL g) It is proposed to supply 4 KL/MW/Cycle so as to complete one cleaning cycle every week. However the supply of water shall be dependent upon the availability of water. h) GPCL will provide water at a single source through a meter for each plot. SPD shall collect the water supplied by GPCL in a ground level water tank and water from this tank shall be used by SPD by making its own arrangements as required. i) However, GPCL shall not provide water supply during the construction phase. The SPD is advised to make its own arrangements for obtaining water during construction. SPD has to obtain necessary approvals/permissions from local authorities to dig bore xxxxx or to get water from nearest reservoir by tankers and GPCL will extend necessary support in obtaining such approvals/permissions, if required.

Water Supply System. The Concessionaire shall provide a water supply system adequate to meet the requirements for Processing of Municipal Solid Waste, drinking and washing purposes in accordance with Good Industry Practise.
Water Supply System. Contractor shall perform routine preventive maintenance for all system equipment in accordance with the City and the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) requirements, manufacturer’s recommendations, applicable maintenance and construction standards and practices on a weekly basis. Contractor shall perform routine maintenance in a timely fashion and with no system disruption/shutdown. County will provide Contractor with plans for all components of the WSS. Contractor shall review manuals thoroughly. On a weekly basis, Contractor shall conduct all necessary readings, visual inspections and preventive maintenance for all components of the WSS, including the automated control panel and the following components as listed below. - Pump Station - Pumps - 100,000 gallon reservoir tank (2) - 53,000 gallon water tank (1) - 7,000 gallon irrigation water tank (1) - 20,000 gallon stand-tower (2) - Booster pumps and motors - Altitude valve (1) - manufactured by Cla-Val - Air release valves - manufactured by Apco - Backflow prevention (6) and other backflow prevention devices - Fire suppression and sprinkler systems - Fire hydrant (1) - Remote monitoring and control interface Based on O&M manuals and manufacturers’ recommendations, Contractor shall prepare a list/schedule of preventive maintenance for the various components of the GWCMS and WSS. Contractor shall submit such list/schedule to Contract Administrator within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award date for review and approval. The scheduled preventive maintenance shall be performed in a timely manner and with minimum disruption to the operation of any components of the system. Prior to proceeding with the scheduled maintenance, Contractor shall submit a written proposal and obtain a preauthorization or a “Notice to Proceed” from Contract Administrator as described in Section IV Contractor Requirements.
Water Supply System. After the Closing, Seller will allow Buyer to utilize the Water Supply System as the water supply for the Tunica Facility at no charge, subject to the following conditions: 1. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms hereof, Seller's obligation to provide water to Buyer shall terminate on the first anniversary of the Closing Date. 2. In the event Seller in its sole and absolute judgment determines that the Water Well is no longer adequate to serve both the Tunica Facility and Xxxxxx'x Mardi Gras Facility, Seller shall have the right to terminate its obligation to provide water to Buyer effective upon written notice to Buyer. 3. In the event Seller in its sole and absolute judgment determines that water quality problems have developed with respect to the Water Well, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of such determination. In the event that, as a result of such water quality problems, Seller ceases using the Water Supply System as the water supply for Xxxxxx'x Mardi Gras Facility, Seller shall also have the right to cease providing water to Buyer. 4. In the event the Mississippi Public Service Commission or other governmental authority orders Seller to cease supplying water to Buyer because of lack of regulatory authority, Seller shall have the right effective upon receipt of such order to cease providing water to Buyer. 5. In the event that the Mississippi Public Service Commission or any other governmental authority raises an issue or makes a claim that the delivery of water by Seller to Buyer will or might require certification as a public utility, Seller shall have the right, upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to Buyer, to terminate Seller's obligation to provide water to Buyer. 6. Buyer assumes the risk of all losses and liabilities resulting from any failures or inadequacy of the Water Well or Water Supply System, including, but not limited to, adequacy of water supply, pump failure, pipe breakage, or other mechanical failure, regardless of whether any such failure or inadequacy is solely or partly the fault of Seller. 7. Buyer hereby releases and agrees to hold Seller harmless from, and covenants not to xxx Seller with respect to, any and all claims, causes of action, losses, liabilities, and expenses suffered or incurred by Buyer resulting from or arising in any way out of the provision by Seller to Buyer of water pursuant to, and the undertakings assumed by Seller in, this Section III.
Water Supply System a) Quarterly Maintenance Service Lubrication of motors for water pumps shall be completed per manufacturer’s recommendation. A maintenance log shall be kept, which includes contractor maintenance personnel name, date, and maintenance procedures used. Copies shall be provided to Contract Administrator.

Upon the completion of the preliminary design (including sizing) for each of such municipal water line(s), the Certificate Holder will provide WDFW and the CIC with copies of such preliminary design information.

However the supply of water shall be dependent upon the availability of water. h) The park is developed in water scarce area, SPD and SPIA should endeavour to utilize less water and maximize its effort to conserve water. i) GPCL will provide water at a single source through a meter for each plot. SPD shall collect the water supplied by GPCL in a ground level water tank and water from this tank shall be used by SPD by making its own arrangements as required. j) However, GPCLshall not provide water supply during the construction phase. The SPD is advised to make its own arrangements for obtaining water during construction. SPD has to obtain necessary approvals/permissions from local authorities to digbore wellsor to get water from nearest reservoir by tankers and GPCLwill extend necessary support in obtaining such approvals/permissions, if required.
