Common use of WATER TO BE FURNISHED TO CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

WATER TO BE FURNISHED TO CONTRACTOR. (a) Subject to the conditions, limitations, and provisions hereinafter 23 expressed, the Contractor is hereby entitled and authorized to divert from the Sacramento River 1 at the locations shown in Exhibit A, for beneficial use within the area delineated on Exhibit B, 2 (both Exhibits are attached hereto and made a part hereof), the Contract Total designated in 3 Exhibit A, or any revision thereof.
