Water Vapor. Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas shall not contain more than 7 pounds of water per 1,000,000 Cubic Feet of Gas. Any Producers’ Gas or MV Mitigation Gas containing water vapor content in excess of 7 pounds of water per 1,000,000 Cubic Feet of Gas is subject to Section 2(b) of this Exhibit A.
