WCCI Restrictions. During the Term, WCCI agrees that, except pursuant to and as permitted by this Agreement, neither WCCI nor its Affiliates shall, either itself or directly or indirectly with or through any WCCI Affiliate or any Third Party, undertake any research, development, manufacturing, marketing, promotion, sale or other commercialization of any product containing a Paratek Compound for any use other than the Development and Commercialization of Products in the Field in accordance with this Agreement.
