Common use of WEAPONS PROHIBITION Clause in Contracts

WEAPONS PROHIBITION. Contractor shall prohibit, and shall require its subcontractors to prohibit, its employees from carrying weapons, including concealed weapons, in the course of performance of work under this Contract, other than while at the Contractor’s or subcontractor’s own business premises.
