A day for which Work is scheduled as allowed by Sections 8.3 and 8.4, below, during which Contractor and its forces, including Subcontractors, are unable to safely or effectively perform at least four hours of scheduled critical path Work based on actual (not forecast) weather or weather-related conditions that day during normal construction hours, as specified in Section 8.3. .
