Weather, Force Majeure, Governmental Regulations. When cancellation is necessary due to weather, required to comply with any governmental regulation, or due to conditions beyond Cape Air’s control (including Force Majeure Events), Cape Air may cancel the flight and all corresponding Customer itineraries.
