Web Site Design. A. Design The design of COMPANY’s Web Site shall be in substantial conformity with the material provided to DEVELOPER by COMPANY. DEVELOPER shall develop COMPANY’s Web Site to project the highest professional image. DEVELOPER shall not include any of the following in the Web Site or in COMPANY’s directory on DEVELOPER’s Web Server: text, graphics, sound, or animations that might be viewed as offensive or related in any way to sex or any illegal activities; links to other sites that might be viewed as offensive or related in any way to sex or any illegal activities; impressionistic or cartoon-like graphics (unless provided by COMPANY); invisible text, text that is present only when a “webcrawler” or other web indexing tool accesses the Web Site, or any other type of hidden text, hidden information, hidden graphics, or other hidden materials; or destructive elements or destructive programming of any type. B. Materials Provided by COMPANY All materials to be supplied by COMPANY may be provided on floppy disks, 100 megabyte ZIP cartridges or via File Transfer Protocol (“FTP”). Files will be provided in HTML format, standard word processing Text format or, if images, as TIFF’s GIFF’S, JPEG’s or Photoshop files. C. Specifications for Home Page COMPANY’s Web Site will consist of a Home Page (the “first” page for the Web Site) that can be reached by typing one of the following Uniform Resource Locators (“URLs”) into a Web Browser. DEVELOPER will use its best efforts to register the “XXXXXXX.XXX” domain name for the benefit of COMPANY (or such other name as may be registrable and acceptable to COMPANY) and will assign all rights thereto to COMPANY. COMPANY agrees to pay all registration fees associated with such registration. In addition to the foregoing, a database will be included of members in the licensing industry. D. Accessibility Of Web Site During Construction Throughout the construction of the prototype and the final Web Site, the Web Site shall be accessible to COMPANY. Until COMPANY has approved the final Web Site, none of the Web Pages for COMPANY’s Web Site will be accessible to end users unless the end users have entered the correct user id and password.

Web Site Design. For all Work and services relating to the design and development of the Client's web site, Client shall compensate Producer with a fee of 25,000 Shares. These Shares shall be released from escrow and delivered to Producer on the effective date of Client's registration statement; provided, however, that said fee shall not be deemed earned by Producer until Client has approved Producer's Work relating to the web site.
Web Site Design. 1. Design. The design of the Web Site shall be in substantial conformity with the material provided to Company by Customer. Web Site consultation will be provided according to the number of coordination steps outlined for the plan purchased in the Order. Customer will provide direction to Company by accessing the Company's Customer Relationship Management system ("CRM") and delivering content for Web site construction within. Web Site text will be supplied by the Customer unless copywriting services have been purchased. Development of web pages will take place on the Customer's established web hosting service with Company. All server technical issues are to be handled by Company unless otherwise noted amongst all parties. Minor updates and changes include any minor modifications and modifications to work out backend database issues and functionality. This does not include adding features beyond the scope of the Order. Company shall not include, as determined in its sole discretion, any of the following in the Web Site or in Customer's directory on Company's Web Server: text, graphics, sound, or animations that might be viewed as obscene or any illegal activities; links to other web sites that might be viewed as obscene or related in any way to any illegal activities; impressionistic or cartoon-like graphics (unless provided by Customer); invisible text, metatags (i.e., text that is present only when a "Webcrawler" or other Web indexing tool accesses the Web Site), or any other type of hidden text, hidden information, hidden graphics, or other hidden materials; or destructive elements or destructive programming of any type. 2. Coordination Steps. Customer understands that submissions for Web Site development are limited to the number of coordination steps as provided in the Order. Customer is encouraged to provide as much instruction and direction as possible with each submission.
Web Site Design. A. Design. The design of the Web Site shall be in substantial conformity with the Specifications (as set forth in the Order) and the Customer Information provided to Company by Customer. During the “Design Process”, the Company shall submit at least one look- and feel example of the Web Site to the Customer (each, an “Example”). The Customer must either approve each such Example as the “Final Design” or e-mail the Project Manager feedback within five (5) calendar days of delivery of each such Example provided by the Company. The Company shall repeat this process up to three times unless it receives a Change Order(s) to repeat the process. If after repeating the process for the three times specified above the Customer has failed to approve the Example as the Final Design, the Company will provide the Customer with a quotation for repeating the foregoing process an additional time. The Customer will have five (5) calendar days from the date of the quote to issue a Change Order authorizing such additional Services for the fees specified in the quote; otherwise, the Company will be deemed to have fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement, including without limitation the Services.
Web Site Design. Consultant shall advise with respect to the further development of the Company’s Web site that includes existing and other sections to be named. Consultant shall suggest means to capture email address for possible use.
Web Site Design. This Service will be performed based on a written proposal that describes the scope of work and pricing of the project. The project will be deemed as complete when the web site is appreciably demonstrated as meeting the requirements of the scope of work. Final payment under the written proposal constitutes completion and acceptance of the site by the Customer. The Customer has 90 days from the date of completion to report “bugs”, fixes or errors in the site work to DBCOM for change or repair without charge. After 90 days any changes to the site will be considered Site Maintenance. Customer agrees that web site design and programming is for use on a single web site.
Web Site Design. WealthHound shall provide all header/footer/sidebar templates and graphics required for incorporation by News Alert into the pages being hosted by News Alert.

  • Program Design The County Human Resources Department will operate a Catastrophic Leave Bank which is designed to assist any County employee who has exhausted all paid accruals due to a serious or catastrophic illness, injury, or condition of the employee or family member. The program establishes and maintains a Countywide bank wherein any employee who wishes to contribute may authorize that a portion of his/her accrued vacation, compensatory time, holiday compensatory time or floating holiday be deducted from those account(s) and credited to the Catastrophic Leave Bank. Employees may donate hours either to a specific eligible employee or to the bank. Upon approval, credits from the Catastrophic Leave Bank may be transferred to a requesting employee's sick leave account so that employee may remain in paid status for a longer period of time, thus partially ameliorating the financial impact of the illness, injury, or condition. Catastrophic illness or injury is defined as a critical medical condition, a long-term major physical impairment or disability which manifests itself during employment.
