Webhosting. We offer a web hosting service to host the websites we have built for our clients. This is recommended in order to ensure ongoing quality of service and is a mandatory requirement for websites incorporating a content management system (CMS) or e-commerce system. Although the standard of our hosting packages is high, the agency is unable to guarantee 100% up-time (as no web host would) nor accept any responsibility for any error, omission or misrepresentation in relation to the websites hosted or for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) suffered by any user of the websites hosted. We make no warranties or representations of any kind that hosting will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the website or the server that hosts the website are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. In no event will we, our employees, contractors or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the hosting of websites on our servers.

Webhosting. 4.1 Exponea currently uses the following webhosting providers: a) Google Ireland Limited, with offices at Xxxxxx House, Xxxxxx Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”); b) Hetzner Online GmbH, with offices at Xxxxxxxxxxxx. 00, 00000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx (“Hetzner”). 4.2 Our Customers may choose any of our webhosting providers stated in Art. 4.1 hereof. This right shall be exercised before entering into the Agreement. Upon a special agreement our Customers may choose a webhosting provider which is not stated in Art. 4.1 hereof. 4.3 Webhosting providers stated in clause 4.1 hereof provide webhosting to Exponea in accordance with their terms which are subject to change. Exponea shall provide notice within a reasonable time of the moment Exponea becomes aware of such engagement by (i) sending an email to the Customer’s primary point of contact, or (ii) posting a notice to Expona’s webpage; or

Webhosting. The Client understands that any web hosting services require a separate contract with a web hosting service. The Client agrees to select a web hosting service which allows Lidoma Design full access to the website. The Client understands that certain features may need to be activated and/or purchased from the web hosting service in order for the website to function properly. Lidoma Design will work with the Client to ensure the correct hosting features installed on the hosting server. If needed, Lidoma Design can also provide a list of web host providers who support the technology required for the Client’s website.

Hosting 43.6.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-10STATE shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-10STATE’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Website Hosting The Company shall host and maintain the website specified in paragraph (j)(1)(iii) of Rule 498A, so that the Fund Documents are publicly accessible, free of charge, at that website, in accordance with the conditions set forth in that paragraph, provided that the Fund and Underwriter fulfill their obligations under this Amendment.

Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You.
