Availability of Web Site. Client’s Website shall be publicly available to users a minimum of 98% of the time during any 24 hour period, 98% of the time during any 7 day period, and 98% of the time during any 30 day period (each, an “Uptime Period”); and there will be no period of interruption in public accessibility to Client’s Website that exceeds 4 continuous hours.
Availability of Web Site. The Web Site will be available to users approximately twenty-four (24) hours a day, normal maintenance and unforeseen hardware or communications problems excepted.
Availability of Web Site. Ciesa shall provide Client reasonable Website uptime monitoring. The Website shall be publicly available to users in accordance with commercially reasonable best practices.
Availability of Web Site. Company agrees to provide Licensee with access to the Software via the Web Site. The Web Site shall be accessible to the Licensee 24 (Twenty-Four) hours a day, 7 (Seven) days a week, except for scheduled maintenance and required repairs.

Taymark shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the Web site twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, throughout the term of hereof. Taymark shall use commercially reasonable efforts to process and complete orders placed by Customers on the Web Site..
Availability of Web Site. The Co-Branded Service shall be publicly available to users a minimum of 99.5% of the time during any 24-hour period, 99.5% of the time during any 7-day period, and 99.5% of the time during any 30-day period.
Availability of Web Site. The Web Site shall be generally accessible to third parties via the Internet twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, except for scheduled maintenance and required repairs, and except for any loss or interruption of Services due to causes beyond the control of Web Services or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Web Services, including but not limited to interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links and Internet slow- downs or failures. PLEASE SEE SECTION 3.2
Availability of Web Site. We will try to make the Web Site available but cannot guarantee that the Web Site will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Web Site and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, web site, router or any other internet connected device.
Availability of Web Site. 1.3.1.1 AL shall endeavour to make the Software available a minimum of 99.7% of the time on average during a calendar quarter (“Minimum Availability”).
1.3.1.2 For the purposes of calculating the average availability during any calendar quarter, any periods of unavailability caused by Scheduled Maintenance, which is defined as being planned maintenance or upgrades, shall be excluded from the calculation.
