Weddings and Events. There are no weddings or events allowed at the Property. For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions, an 'event' shall hereby be defined as any gathering within the Property that exceeds its maximum occupancy. If you take it upon yourself to host additional visitors while staying at the Property, you will be held responsible for any additional costs associated, each additional guest will be charged a published rate of $100 USD per day when there is over 20% specified number of Guest listed in the Booking Agreement.
