WEED MANAGEMENT. Weed Control: Lessee shall control all noxious weeds on all lands under this lease consistent with applicable laws. Lessee shall be responsible for, and shall reimburse State for, any noxious weed control costs incurred as a result of Xxxxxx’s failure to control.
