Weekly Employees - Notice of Lay-Off and Severance Pay. All weekly Employees shall be given a one (1) week’s notice, or one (1) week of severance pay in lieu of such notice, or a combination thereof. In turn, all weekly Employees shall give the Employer one (1) week’s notice before resigning and if such Employee fails to do so, the Employer will not be required to re-employ such Employee.
