Weekly Monitoring Memos. The Archaeological Monitor will provide a summary construction monitoring memo on a weekly basis to the DOT&PF Project Engineer and the PQI. The PQI will submit a copy of the memo to the SHPO and other consulting parties as identified in the Monitoring Plan.
