Resolution Consultation a. For Regional Office projects, the Regional Office and the SEO PQIs will consult with the SHPO and other consulting parties to develop and evaluate alternatives or mitigation that could avoid, minimize, or mitigate adverse effects of the undertaking to historic properties. The SEO PQI has the discretion to participate in the consultations as needed.
