Common use of WEIGHT TICKETS Clause in Contracts

WEIGHT TICKETS. The Purchaser is required to furnish weight tickets to the State as agreed to by the Forest Officer and the Purchaser. 1. The information must be provided to the State on a bi- weekly basis prior to the tenth (10th) and twenty-fourth (24th) of each month. The paper copy of the weight tickets must also continue to be provided to the State. The requirement to supply the paper copy of the weight tickets may be waived by the Administrator.
