Common use of Well Testing Clause in Contracts

Well Testing. 13.1. During the drilling of the Xxxxx carried out pursuant to this Agreement, the Contractor must keep the Minister informed of the progress of each Well, its proposals for tests, as well as the results of and reports relating to such tests. 13.2.
