Western Power may Curtail Services. Western Power may, in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice, Curtail the provision of Services in respect of a Connection Point: (a) to carry out planned Augmentation or Maintenance to the Network; or (b) to carry out unplanned Maintenance to the Network where Western Power considers it necessary to do so to avoid injury to any person or material damage to any property or the environment; or (c) if there is any breakdown of or damage to the Network that affects Western Power’s ability to provide Services at that Connection Point; or (d) if a Force Majeure Event occurs affecting Western Power’s ability to provide Services at the Connection Point, for so long as Western Power’s ability to provide Services is affected by the Force Majeure Event; or (e) to the extent necessary for Western Power to comply with a Law.
