PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. 24.1.1 The Supplier shall, at no charge to the Authority, submit to the Authority complete and accurate Management Information in accordance with the provisions of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information).
24.1.2 The Supplier grants the Authority a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free licence to:
(a) use and to share with any Other Contracting Body and Relevant Person; and/or
(b) publish (subject to any information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of FOIA being redacted), any Management Information supplied to the Authority for the Authority's normal operational activities including but not limited to administering this Framework Agreement and/or all Call Off Agreements, monitoring public sector expenditure, identifying savings or potential savings and planning future procurement activity.
24.1.3 The Authority shall in its absolute and sole discretion determine whether any Management Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA.
24.1.4 The Authority may consult with the Supplier to help with its decision regarding any exemptions under Clause 24.1.3 but, for the purpose of this Framework Agreement, the Authority shall have the final decision in its absolute and sole discretion.

15.2 The Supplier grants the Authority a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use and to share with any Other Contracting Body and Relevant Person any Management Information supplied to the Authority for the Authority's normal operational activities including administering this Framework Agreement and/or all Call-Off Contracts, monitoring public sector expenditure, identifying savings or potential savings and planning future procurement activity.
15.3 In the event the Authority shares the Management Information any Other Contracting Body receiving such information shall be informed of the sensitive nature of that information and shall be requested not to disclose it to any person who is not a Crown body or Other Contracting Body (unless required to do so by Law).

16.2 The Authority may share the Management Information supplied by the Provider with any Contracting Body.
16.3 The Authority may make changes to the Management Information which the Provider is required to supply and shall give the Provider at least one (1) month's written notice of any changes.

15.2 The Supplier grants the Authority a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use and to share with any Other Contracting Bodies and Relevant Person any Management Information supplied to the Authority for the Authority’s normal operational activities including monitoring public sector expenditure, identifying savings or potential savings and planning future procurement activity.
15.3 In the event the Authority shares the Management Information any Other Contracting Body receiving such information shall be informed of the sensitive nature of that information and shall be requested not to disclose it to any person who is not a Crown body or Other Contracting Body (unless required to do so by Xxx).
PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION. 16.1 The Supplier shall submit Management Information to the Authority in the form set out in Schedule 5 throughout the Term on the last day of every Month and thereafter in respect of any Call-Off Contract entered into with any Contracting Body.
16.2 The Authority may share the Management Information supplied by the Supplier with any Contracting Body.
16.3 The Authority may make changes to the Management Information which the Supplier is required to supply and shall give the Supplier at least one (1) month's written notice of any changes.

16.2 The Supplier permits the Authority to use the Management Information and permits any such third parties with whom the Management Information is shared in accordance with clause 16.3 below to use it in connection with their normal operational activities.
16.3 The Supplier permits the Authority to share the Management Information supplied by the Supplier with any Other Contracting Body and/or any other Crown body.
16.4 In the event that the Authority shares the Management Information or other information, any Crown Body or Other Contracting Body receiving such information shall be informed of the sensitive nature of that information and shall be requested not to disclose it to any body who is not a Crown body or Contracting Body (unless required to do so by Law).
16.5 The Authority shall have the right to amend the Management Information which the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority.
