Common use of Western Washington Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust Clause in Contracts

Western Washington Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust. For the duration of this Agreement, any renewals or extension thereof, the Employer agrees to make payments to the Western Washington Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust for each Employee covered by this Agreement, as follows: 22.13.1 Effective May 1, 2021, the Employer shall pay thirty-five ($0.35) cents per compensable hour into the Western Washington Painters Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust for all Journeymen, Painters, and Apprentices Brackets 2 and higher. 22.13.2 The Employer shall remit any additional amount allocated from the employee’s annual wage increases (by a vote of the membership) to the Western WA Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust when applicable.

Effective May June 1, 20212019, the Employer shall pay thirty-five ($0.35) cents 0.20 per compensable hour into the Western western Washington Painters Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust for all Journeymen, Painters, Journeymen and Apprentices Brackets apprentices Bracket 2 and or higher. 22.13.2 b. The Employer employer shall remit any additional amount allocated from the employee’s annual wage increases (by a vote of the membership) to the Western WA Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust when applicable.

Effective May March 1, 20212019, the Employer shall pay thirty-five ($0.35) cents 0.50 per compensable hour into the Western Washington Painters Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust for all Journeymen, Painters, and Apprentices Brackets 2 and higher. Effective July 1, 2019, an additional $0.50 per compensable hour shall be paid for all Journeymen, Painters, and Apprentices Brackets 2 and higher. 22.13.2 b. The Employer shall remit any additional amount allocated from the employee’s annual wage increases (by a vote of the membership) to the Western WA Defined Contribution Pension Plan Trust when applicable.
