What happens if I do nothing. If you do nothing, and if you fit the Settlement Class description, you will automatically be a member of the Settlement Class. However, if you do not timely file a Claim Form at the appropriate time later in the process, you will not receive any payment from the Settlements. You will be bound by past and future rulings, including rulings on the Settlements, Released Claims, and Releasees.
