What happens if your child is suspended, excluded or removed from the School. Should the Head exercise his or her right under either Clause 7.1 or Clause 7.3 above: 7.4.1 you will not be entitled to any refund or remission of fees or supplemental charges due (whether paid or payable) in or relating to the term in which your child is excluded, suspended or removed; 7.4.2 in respect of exclusions and required removals (but not in cases of required removal under Clause 7.3.2 and/or Clause 7.3.3 and/or Clause 7.3.4), the deposit will be forfeited and retained by the School; and 7.4.3 in respect of exclusions and required removals, fees in lieu of notice will not be payable and any fees and/or supplemental charges that have been prepaid for or relating to any term after the term in which the exclusion/required removal occurred will be refunded.
