The processing of the Personal Data is mandatory ● in order to execute the Agreement in relation to the purposes referred to in paragraph 4, (a) and (b), ● in order to comply with legal obligations in relation to the purposes referred to in paragraph 4 (c). The refusal to provide the Personal Data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 4(a) to (c) above would prevent the Company from finalizing the Agreement, and if already finalized, to continue its execution.
