Wages and Classification Premiums. Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.

Wages and Classification Premiums. (a) Attached to and forming an integral part of this Agreement is Schedule A and Schedule B Wage Rates – which are schedules of job classifications and ranges of rates of pay for each classification.

(b) It is understood and agreed that nothing contained in this Agreement shall lower any present working condition or wage standard. Any employees presently receiving an increment above these rates shall maintain this increment throughout the life of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that any change in wages or working conditions during the life of this Agreement shall be negotiated between the Hospital and the Union.

(b) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (c), below, the wage rates in effect for the duration of this Collective Agreement shall be as set forth in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this Collective Agreement.
(c) Furniture Movers will receive eighteen cents (18 cents) above the Cleaner rate.
(d) The Hospital may, from time to time, appoint Lead Hands. The premium shall be seventy five (75) cents per hour above the rate of employee(s) supervised. If a lead hand position becomes permanent the job shall be posted under Article 11.
